The nonprofit Lockport Ice Arena & Sports Center Inc. has a new board president and a new executive director for its Cornerstone CFCU Arena. Timothy Bulmer was named new executive director for the arena, bringing a background in media, marketing and public relations, including experience at two National Hockey League franchises, including the Buffalo Sabres and the Phoenix Coyotes.
